Please contact us prior to sending any items back to us. We cannot accept a return or exchange without prior email communication with reasoning as to why you would like to return or exchange your products. We must be notified within 30 days if you would like to return or exchange any products to us. We cannot accept returns on sale items but may accept an exchange.

We are happy to offer an exchange on items that have been damaged during transit or sent in error.

We will offer a refund on items that you may have ordered in error or changed your mind. The goods must be unopened, unused and available for resale. Goods will be checked upon arrival and any products not suitable for resale will be resent back to the customer at a charge of £3.95. Although we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind under the ‘Sales of Goods Law’. Please email to let us know why you would like a refund on your goods. We cannot accept returns on our sample products, or products that have been purchased on sale.

Please allow 7 working days for your money to be refunded.

Goods must be sent back to us within 14 days. Please contact us for our returns address.

Returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the goods are being returned due to arriving damaged or sent in error.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to inform the warehouse before it gets despatched. We cannot guarantee we are able to cancel orders as our team are quick to process orders and once it enters the network to be despatched we are unable to cancel. If you wish to return your order for a refund please reach out to us for our returns address.
