Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we will not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it gets dispatched. We cannot guarantee we are able to cancel orders as our team are quick to process orders and once it enters the network to be dispatched we are unable to cancel. If you wish to return your order for a refund, please reach out to us for our returns address.

FREE on orders over £50* : Delivery usually within 3 days, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

Orders under £50: £3.99 – £4.50 – delivery 2-5 days after dispatch, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

Express delivery (1-2 day delivery): £5.95 – delivery 1 day after dispatch.

FREE 1-2 day delivery on orders over £150

*delivery is free for products ordered from all brands. When orders are placed from multiple brands and includes ZAO Makeup, shipping will be be £4.50, regardless of spend.
