St Patrick’s Day Makeup Look | Organic and Natural Makeup

St Patrick’s Day will be here on Thursday 17th, and is the perfect opportunity to glam up in green and drink Guinness till the early hours, whether you are Irish or not!

The idea of a green eyeshadow may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and certainly not an everyday kind of look. But if St Patrick’s Day isn’t the perfect opportunity to break out of your comfort zone and try something daring, I don’t know when is.

Here is a little inspiration for the upcoming holiday:

Products used:

zao-makeup-organic-eye-primerApply ZAO Makeup Eye Primer all over the lid and blend with finger. This product is amazing for keeping eyeshadow in place all day long, and preventing eyeshadows from creasing.

couleur-caramel-fera-green-eyeshadowApply Couleur Caramel Pearly Fern Green eyeshadow all over the mobile eyelid, and blend to soften any harsh edges. Take this colour underneath the lower lash line also. This gorgeous green eyeshadow has subtle gold flecks in which look really pretty when they catch the light.

couleur-caramel-peacock-blue-eyeshadowApply Couleur Caramel Peacock Blue eyeshadow to the socket line, and blend away any harsh edges. Bring this colour under the lower lash line half way across, starting from the outer corner.

zao-makeup-cream-eyeshadow-bambooThis step will make your eyes stand out and make the green colour pop! Apply ZAO Makeup Cream Eyeshadow in Bamboo with a clean finger directly in the middle of the eyelid. Apply a tiny bit to the inner corner of the eyes as well, as the gold flecks in this cream shadow will reflect the light and create a pretty glow to the eyes.

zao-makeup-black-pencil-eyelinerFill in any skin colour between the lashes, and on the upper and lower waterline with ZAO Makeup Black Pencil. This will make lashes look a lot thicker. You can also smudge this into the lower lash line to create more a smokey effect around the eyes.

couleur-caramel-organic-black-liquid-eyelinerApply black liquid liner Couleur Caramel Organic Black Eyeliner and create a wing shape following the lash line to a point towards the end of the brow. Keep the line thick and make sure there are no gaps between the lashes showing skin colour. This takes practise but really accentuates the eye shape once you have got the hang of it!

living-nature-thickening-mascaraApply plenty of coats of Living Nature Thickening Mascara to lengthen, define, separate and thicken the lashes. The more mascara the better for this look to make your eyes pop!
