Award Winning Organic and Natural Beauty Products
With so many beauty products on the market, for a product to win an award, it’s going to have to be pretty special! The products below are well deserved award winners due to their formula, high performing ingredients and most importantly their customer satisfaction.
The winners are decided by a judging panel consisting of industry experts. These judges know exactly how a product needs to perform in order to be considered an ‘award winner’. The products themselves go through rigorous testing, as well as the brands ethics being considered before an award is given.
Here is more of a detailed look at some of the award winning products we have chosen to share with you!
1. Living Nature – Summer Bronze Pressed Powder
WINNER: ‘Highly Commended’, Blusher Category, 2014 Natural Beauty Awards.
We can really see why this bronzer deserves the recognition it has received. In a bronzer, you want it to be warm, not to orange and not to muddy, a golden brown to mimic a tan, like this one. You want it to be matte, like this one, not shimmery to avoid looking like a disco ball. And you want it to be easy to blend, like this one, to look as natural as possible and not like you have brown smudges on your face. For us, it ticks all the boxes, we love it, and we KNOW you do to!
2. Living Nature – Foundation
WINNER: ‘Best Liquid Foundation’ in 2014 edition of ‘The Ultimate Natural Beauty Bible’.
The women behind ‘The Ultimate Natural Beauty Bible’ said this about the product: “This is the highest score for a natural foundation in our books – an impressive achievement for the New Zealand brand’s 100% natural formulation.” That is quite an achievement considering the amount of foundations these women would have tested! If you haven’t yet tried this foundation, I urge you to give it a go. If you want a long lasting medium coverage whilst providing a subtle ‘glow’ to the skin, this is for you. I get so many compliments when I wear this foundation, it is my go to when I am looking for a decent coverage!
3. ZAO Makeup – Organic Concealer
WINNER: ‘Highly Commended’, Concealer Category, 2014 Natural Beauty Awards.
There are countless reasons as to why this product deserves this award. It is creamy with good coverage, blends easily and stays put, there isn’t really much more you could ask from a concealer. Part of the reason this product is so deserving of its win though, is due to its ingredients. With Babassu Seed Oil, which is naturally rich in lauric acid, this concealer helps to moisturise as well as act an an antibacterial, anti inflammatory and anti ageing product.
4. Botanicals – Lemongrass and Tea Tree Foot Scrub
WINNER: ‘Best Foot Treat’, in ‘The Anti Ageing Beauty Bible’.
This product received a huge amount of praise from Jo Fairley and Sarah Stacey – both well known beauty gurus and authors of ‘The Anti Ageing Beauty Bible’.
