The weather is slowly starting to warm up, the sun is shining and we’re finally seeing the back of Winter. It’s the perfect opportunity to dig out those Spring shades, BB creams and dewy bases. Follow our step by step guide to achieve this easy, simple Spring makeup look using natural and organic makeup.

Step 1.

Ensure your skin is well prepped with moisturiser, preferably with an SPF. Your foundation and concealer will look so much better on skin that has been moisturised and looked after. We suggest the Hynt Beauty Sun Prep SPF 25, this mineral sunscreen will ensure your skin is protected from the sun, as well as providing an even base for your makeup.

Next, apply your foundation and concealer of choice. For Spring, you might prefer to choose a lightweight, sheer coverage base, such as the Couleur Caramel BB Cream. This contains 6 key actions that make this product an extension of your skincare routine, as well as providing cover up. It helps to regenerate, moisturise, protect, illuminate, unify and refine your skin. The creamy texture is best applied with the Ere Perez Vegan Multipurpose Brush, and buffed into the skin in circular motion. The finish of this BB Cream leaves your skin looking dewy, fresh and healthy!

Step 2.

For this look, we used the Nude & Noir Multi-Use Cream Palette in ‘Bijou’As the weather warms up, enjoying the sunshine and being outside in nature becomes much more of priority for most of us! So a quick look that can be achieved in minimal time is essential. These cream palettes are perfect for blending over the eyelid with a clean finger for beautiful, shimmering bronzed lids. Start with the shade ‘Obsidian’ (bottom left) and blend all over the eyelid. For extra sparkle to open up the eyes, apply ‘Diamond’, the shimmering ice white to the inner corners of the eyes.

Step 3.

To finish off the eyes, apply 2 to 3 coats of mascara to define the lashes. We love the Lady Green Enhancing Mascara, the large brush builds volume, whilst Marula Oil helps to nourish and moisturise lashes and Sunflower Oil helps them grow longer and thicker.

Step 4.

Add a fresh pop of colour to the cheeks with the cream coral blush shade from the Nude & Noir ‘Bijou’ Palette (above). Blend onto the apples of the cheeks with fingers, building up the intensity for a flush of colour. The shimmering ice white shade ‘Diamond’ from this palette, can also be used as a highlighter on the tops of the cheekbones.

Step 5.

As a finishing touch, apply the bright fuchsia pink Ere Perez Cheek and Lip Tint in ‘Fun’ as a final pop of vibrancy to the look. This lip stain will last all day, even through eating and drinking! The 100% natural formula is vegan friendly and packed full of nourishing ingredients to hydrate the lips.
